for pumpkin pudding. I had a really good one and and all I remember is it took one can on pumpkin and 2 packages of instant vanilla pudding and it was in a magazine years ago. Do you know what i'm talking about????

Ingredients
1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (12 fluid ounce) can NESTLE® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
1 (15 ounce) can LIBBY'S® 100% Pure Pumpkin
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
whipped cream
Directions
BEAT pudding mix and evaporated milk according to package directions in large bowl; refrigerate for 5 minutes. Add pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice; mix well. Spoon into dessert dishes. Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until ready to serve. Top with whipped cream.

Dont know if this helps, but I saw Jello Pumpkin pudding at Walmart the other day. I am sure it strictly seasonal if you want to give it a try.

Thank you May1792- It wasn't the one I was looking for but I tried it and it turned out great! I haven't seen the jello pumpkin pudding around here!!!!

Dont know if this helps, but I saw Jello Pumpkin pudding at Walmart the other day. I am sure it strictly seasonal if you want to give it a try.
I bought 10 of them ..I figured it was seasonal..it had a recipe by it for pumpkin pie w/ coolwhip. We made it and it was sooooooooo good!

When my son in law worked in a bakery, they used pumpkin when making sweet potato pies when they ran out of sweet potatoes.
