Just wait til Saturday it is suppose to be in the low 80's. I had to laugh since I about "froze" putting gas in my car this morning - it was cold. Yes we Floridians do understand that most of you do not consider 60 to be cold but we do since it was almost 90 earlier this week.

True, most of us (Midwest gal here) don't think about what you Floridians call cold! Also true that I think the whole bunch of you just like to brag!
LOL...just teasing you!

All I have to say is NO WAY would I be outside if it was anywhere below zero. I am born & raised in Orlando and I know I could not handle snow, ice and all that goes with it. I truly don't know how any of you handle that cold. That is one really nice part about Florida - you don't have to shovel sunshine. And blizzards no thank you I will stick with my hurricanes - of course there have only been 4 or so that have hit in my lifetime (46 years) so I will take those odds over snow, sleet & ice.

I would be absolutely miserable with the house that cold. I usually keep ours on 78 in the summer and on 72 in the winter. I guess part of it is what you get used to. When we lived in Ft Lauderdale, Fl, we did feel cold when it got down to 65 or so. When we first moved down there we would laugh at people pulling out their coats. But after a while of living there we joined them.

Come on down. Just don't complain when it is 95 and 99% humidity and you can't breath from the air being so thick with humidity. LOL

I NEVER< EVER< EVER complain when it is hot & humid. My favorite 3 words are hazy, hot & humid.
GOD created air conditioning & swimming pools for us to stay cool. Sorry but it cost a fortune for us up north to stay warm in January.
Heck pipes don't freeze when it is 90!

It was actually pretty warm here today so I had the front door open & that made the furkids happy. It is still going to be warm tomorrow so I guess I will even wear a skirt to work tomorrow but then that means pantyhose & heels. YUCK!

2 to 4 inches of anything is never a good thing. Actually still pretty warm here today. My scroll bars says the temp is 60 degrees & I wore a skirt, sweater & boots to work & I don't have the space heater plugged in so that is a good thing.
