Is anyone hosting a Christmas Swap around here? Is anyone interested? I'd love to do one... and I was in a Yahoo Group for that type of stuff but came to find out quickly they're all a bunch of whining biotches...so I left. :)

It was a logical questions since everyone doesn't participate in the regular swap and some members might not know about it.
I certainly didn't think that Wendy Lou came here to complain about another site nor does it hinder the spirit of giving. There are thousands of yahoo groups and no specific one was mentioned. She just seems frustrated by the lack of interest and whining and was looking for a more hospitable group.
IMHO, scolding someone who asked a question hinders the spirit more then the original question.

The secret pal swap is not a "christmas swap", which is what was asked about. I know you were just trying to be helpful, Carrolin... but you just returned and already you sound snippy. I don't think Wendy said anything wrong... nor do I think there are that many children here reading the posts... but anyways... I don't do swaps but I hope someone does set up one for you guys for Christmas.

I am NOT new... I was here for many years under Cowgirlie in Tennessee but I forgot my password or something and I just re-signed up a few months ago so I think most everyone knows who I am. I didn't realize at the time it was a no no to re-sign up until I got the penalty notice from Hippie some time ago.

Anyways, again I say... WTH?!

I just want to participate in a Christmas Swap... and yes, I did complain about a Yahoo Group... but my statement was accurate and I didn't say what group. :D

Why? I'll give you my opinion. I don't see where you've been called a liar, cruel or harsh. Behavior being harsh is not the same as being called harsh as a human being. Don't take it so personally but you do have to be prepared to
take criticism when you jump someone's a$$ unnecessarily. Trying to help is always an admirable quality when it's done tactfully.
