One of the questions that someone asked about where it said Obama could NOT accept the money from the prize. Here you go:
"No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State."

this thread is NOT to start more agruing/b*tching etc. I'm just tired of people calling others liars. There it is in black and white saying he is not allowed to accept. Granted i'm sure he will find a way to do so and the articles I found say congress can vote on it etc. But the way I intrepret it the money goes to the U.S IF he is allowed to get it.....

Look. For the millionth time, BBF is NOT a debate site. Go somewhere else and do this because it isn't happening here.
And no one called anyone else a liar. They were disagreeing whether the Nobel prize fell under that category.
