This woman is nuts...and as sad as it is, people really do call into places and act like this. The things she says to this man is just WOW...a rapist, is she serious??

Once I had a customer freaking out about the playboy channel, talking about seeing owls, running with indians, wanting to do drugs, going to washington for an act of congress...all because of the playboy channel....

LMAO! I was just reading the comments on youtube about this, and I agree perhaps she has tourettes or something. The best 2 lines are when she asked "what is your tax number" and when he's like "I hope they play this call in court one day". She's seriously off the chain.

LOL where you work at? I see you're in the burgh..I was @ comcast we had crazies like this all the time, especially at the sup desk where i was.

OMG, that lady is nuts,lol. I work in a call center and we are allowed to hang up on them when they start cussing, yelling at us or threatening us. I would have hung up on her in the first few seconds,lol.

At Comcast where skyrider works and I used to work, no hanging up unless the customer makes it personal. I did however once tell an old lady she was throwing a temper tantrum and she needed to calm down LOL!

OMG! This woman needs to head to the loony bin, she is just crazy....wow!

I also work for Comcast and I've been told that we are to tell the customer that if they do not stop disrespecting us,(3 times) they don't even have to curse, that we will have to disconnect the call. I would have disconnected this call a long time ago. Although this guy is great, he keeps his calm through out the whole call.

She is getting madder and madder because she cant piss him off.

LOL I hope they play this tape in court someday
