I will be gone until Sunday. We are leaving in about 30 minutes to go to Little Rock. I am a member of the Lions Club, and our district governor asked me to be the Lions World Services for the Blind Chair (or LWSB Chair). This week-end the Lions World Services for the Blind is hosting a Visiting Lions Week-End, and they pay all expenses for me and for my spouse as well. So we get a week-end away! Everyone have a wonderful week-end.

That's great, the Lions Club is a wonderful organization providing eye services to those in need, and who can not afford it!!

We just got back about an hour ago. We had a great time. I learned so much about the Lions World Services for the Blind. I hope that now I am ready to help anyone in our area who needs help.

My dd had a great time, too. The family she was staying with took her on the church float trip! She's a little sunburned, a little sore from paddling, and a little bruised and scratched from hitting a rock with her shin, but she'd do it all again!!
