When does your child start back to school?

Mine went back yesterday. DS started 4th grade, and DD was the first day of kindergarten. She had a blast!! Now I just have to go wake them up and go at it again.

August 31. My son is all ready to go. My youngest daughter doesn't really care, and my oldest is doing internet school which starts mid-September and she's excited about that.

My kids are grown and out of school, but I asked my neighbor Sunday when school starts and she said Aug 31. Her little girl is starting her first year this year.

24th here too and my 2 boys are definitely NOT ready to go back. A junior in high school and a 4th grader.

Sept 8th here. My DS is going into 6th grade and cannot wait. He loves school. WEIRD! LOL

The county schools start Aug 25 here. But my daughter is going to high school thru the community college and that started Aug. 5th

My son starts fifth grade on Sept. 1. He is not looking forward to it. Anyhoo, I am proud of myself for having most of the school shopping completed.

School starts back up on Tues Aug. 25th. But my youngest will be starting kindergarten and they do staggered entry so his first day is the 26th.

24th here, school district wanted to start the 20th but thats right during the middle of the county fair...which would have caused a lot of problems for the kids that participate in 4H so the district pushed it back a few days

TOMORROW!!!Wooo Hoooo My youngest two start tomorrow and then the secondary schools start Thursday. My littlest one starts Kindergarten :( I am gonna cry for sure in the morning!

One will be a sophomore, the other a 7th grader. They both are excited to go.

Ours go back the 17th, and I'm actually almost ready this year. Just have Matt's shoes and pants to get, I have to wait until the last minute with him or he'll have it all trashed before school starts.
