Government Weatherization for low income families needing homes in some states.

I was just reading an article in the paper here where states are having trouble finding enough homes to use the governments stimulus money on home weatherization. I know there are some here at bbs that could use this so check it out,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
