Just about a week and half ago it would barely reach 70. And us having sooo much shade our house stays cool. So our house would be like 60 degrees.
The in a matter of a day or two in went in to the high 80 to low 90s and humid as h@ll!! And its when the humidty kicks in full gear you can actually feel it in our house. Its 95 and a dewpoint of 72 outside today!!
I was teasing a friend who lives in the south to send us up some heat....
I think she took me literally....

Darn if I knew you wanted some heat I would have gladly sent you some 100 degree mess we are having now. With a lovely heat index of 115 to 120. I always wanted to live in a oven.

We'll take the rain no problem. It at least cuts the temp down about 10 to 15 degrees in the evening when we get our "normal" 5:00 pm rain showers.

Okay smarta@s, lol
I didn't think you would send it all at once!!! Plus send so much humidty with it. They said on the news we hit 96 with 76 dewpoints and 105 heat indexs. ANd tommorow will be about 97-98 and higher HI etc. UGH.
Okay I wanted warmer by not going from freezer to frying pan.

It has been hot here, at least we have had a little breeze. AC has been running almost nonstop. I can not stand to be hot or sweaty. Yuck. I took 3 showers yesterday.

We are thinking of moving back to NY, dh got offered a job. If we do at least it would be a little cooler lol
