We have bought several pc games. Some of them work fine. Others download ok. But when we click on it to play it, we get the error report. What is wrong ? Help, please

I have found that the free games I download from Gamehouse I have to be online to play.

do u have vista? I know some are not compatible with certain windows.

Try removing the game and download it again and see if that helps. Maybe you got a bad download.
