Anybody ever go to Myrtle Beach or surrounding area and stay in a condo. I'm trying to find a "resonably" priced one for the end of June. My 5 year old grandson wants to go to the beach for his birthday. I know it's the most espensive time of year to go, so it would only be for 2 or 3 days--all I can afford(LOL). Thought someone on here might know of a good place within walking distance to the beach. Thanks.

Crick is the manager of a hotel there I believe. Maybe you could send him an IM, he is not on here a lot.

I asked a similar question a month ago. My kid is spending a week in a nice hotel on the beach. It's a suite, so the group can all stay in the same location. I think she said they're getting it for around $1200.

Oh to be young, married, with no kids. Disposable income. The good old days...lol.

Most condos have a minimum stay policy. You should look into Hunting Island State Park. They've got cabins you can rent..about $100 a night after taxes. It's my favorite place to go to the beach. It's outside of Beaufort SC & within a short distance of Hilton Head.
