I know there used to be a number to call AOL but is there still a number for them? Does anyone know how to retrieve lost passwords? I have several screen names but I always use the same one and have forgotten the passwords for the others. Thanks.

They'll walk you through it but you have to know the answer to your secret question that you used when you first created your email.
Before you call go to keyword; password reset and it'll walk you through it.

I called one time because I wanted to change my payment info. and I had forgotten my secret question password to get in, and they reset my question/password for me.

If you know the password to the main account then you can control all the other accounts from there. Parental controls, passwords, pretty much everything on the other accounts. I can put parental controls on dh's account if I wanted.
