Sierra Mist has a new flavor, Sierra Mist Ruby Splash, and the 2L bottles of it have a folded "Special Offer" card stuck onto it.

1. Peel the card off and unfold it
2. Visit www.amcsurveys.com
3. Enter the unique serial number found on the card [sticker]
4. Answer the survey.
5. Fill in mailing information
6. Wait 6 weeks

I have been looking for weeks now... Nothing in sight yet in Wis. I have talked to the delivery guys about the promo. They don't know of it here either.
