That's why we started Operation: Hi Mom, a program that gives hundreds of our deployed military men and women a free fine-art canvas that will be presented to their moms on Mother's Day. It is a personalized keepsake that mom will hang in a place of honor and cherish forever.
If you are a deployed member of the United States military and want to surprise your mom on Mother's Day, just fill out the form below. Canvas On Demand will be sending 500 Canvases to Moms of deployed US troops for Mothers Day as part of Operation: Hi Mom. If more than 500 requests are made, recipients will be selected at random. Read rules. You will be notified in April.
