I have to agree - this looks like a phishing site
looked around, read the FAQ's
there is no sign-up page to register for a FREE or upgraded account
if it was legit they'd want people to be able to register

I have to agree too. Looks like info-gathering to me. And site just went up on 03/31/09. Not usually a good sign. And about half of those who register through Protected Domain Services are not good sites.
