Somehow, over the years ALL family photos were passed on to me (which is great, in some respect, i guess). Probably because I'm the only one willing to take them, as there are SOOOO many and they take up a LOT of space! Anyhow, though no one in my family wants to store them, it seems everyone wants particular photos sent to them. SOOO...over the past several months, I've compiled a lot and have scanned them into my computer. I thought about transferring them to a DVD for each family member, (as some are older individuals and know little about operating a computer) so they can just pop em in the player and watch them on TV.
But I'm REALLY new to all of this myself. So my questions:
Do you know any (easy-to-use, preferably "free") programs that help with this?
What do you think are some good songs to set with the photos? (something appropriate for many ages, etc.)
