Ebay and money orders?

Does anyone know why you can't except money orders on eBay anymore?

maybe it's cause I think western union MO's you can't trace

Because eBay owns Paypal and they can't squeeze you out of more money if you except money orders. I don't put it in my listings anymore because it's against the new rules, but if somebody asks me post auction I tell them that I do accept them.
