Ie 8??

Has anyone upgraded to this yet. And if so do you like it? I know with IE 7 I have pages that seem to freeze up alot. So wondering if this might fix my problem. TIA

Mine freezes up too, many times a day! Wonder if the new one would fix the problem???

I love it love it and if it freezes it doesnt have to shut all the way down it refreshes and the new features rock

I have IE7 and don't seem to have a freeze issue.

Not sure if I'll dl 8 yet. I will check into some of the tech forums

I haven't downloaded it yet... may not for a while. I do know that at yahoo games, they suggest you NOT download it, that their games won't work with it... yet. So, until they do, and, the bugs are worked out... I'll stay where I am.

I got 8 last week so I could do my scholarship and FAFSA aps online and while we don't normally use IE I didn't have any problems with it. It seems to load up faster than the older versions.

I can't get IE 8 to download for me...it just sits there. It must be a sign.

Apparently, it doesn't work with Vista. My son (a computer science grad student) upgraded to his Windows Vista and it ruined everything. He couldn't get his earlier version back. He had to totally switch over to Firefox browser.

My DH is having the same problem with some surveys and the communispace he belongs too. They won't work with it. I'm not D/L it. I'm sticking with what I have too.

I have Vista, and IE 8 works just fine so far on it.

I downloaded the new version and now almost everytime I open a new tab it just sits there and never opens up..Anyone else having any issues??
