FROM THEM, THEN A FEW WEEKS LATER THEY SEND YOU A FEW SAMPLES.
THEY DON'T ADVERTISE IT BUT IT HAPPENS! MY DOT REMINDED ME OF

I did the skin care survey on the 21st. Today (the 23rd) they sent me an email showing me a regimen with 8 products on it and offered to send me samples of the products. I clicked on the link and filled in my shipping info. Thanks, OP!
