today, since we are in Lent, so no meat on Wednesday or Friday ---

I made homemade Spanakopita, and I outdid myself... there are 2 huge pans of it... anyone hungry???





what did you make for dinner today??

we had koegel hot dogs and tater tots, something quick and simple!

girl go to a coney island... they have spanakopita. :D

it's spinach pie (in philo dough)

it's delicious :)

I had a piece of Chocolate Mousse Torte that the Baking and Pastry class brought over to us, chef cooked some chicken there was also some soup.

lol I go to a coney island almost once a week and have NEVER seen that on the menu! Sounds good:)

Kimberly, it was to die for, it had some banana cream in the middle, was dusted with some cocoa powder, and had strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and some mango, and cool chocolate carvings on the top..
