This seems like one of those too good to be true deals...........what do you think?

Well my first thought is yes but if you look at the feedback he has previous feedback for "a resort" so it may actually be a good deal. Of course, by the time the bid is done it could be into the thousands.

First of all it is impossible to be able to pick "any" week you want to get in a timeshare at West Gate. The $ 25,000.00 is probably his cost for 1 week per year. If you want to rent a unit there call them or call any hotel in Orlando I guarantee you will get good rates. Also the "no sales tax" is a lie he is cheating the State of Florida as there are sales tax that is due it is called a bed tax.
