Freeride Gift Card

I received a gift card to walmart today but when I called to check the balance I was told it hadn't been activated. Has this ever happened to anyone and how did you get it fixed?
I sent a message to freeride.

It has never happened to me. but I have seen others post that it has to them. I think you did the right thing and once they get your email it will probably be activated. I would check again tommorow.

The same thing happened to me! I received my Walmart card today also. It was supposed to be $25! I had this happen the last time also. It took forever for them to activate it. I had to email them several times. I wonder if this site is going down the tubes?

It's happened to me twice, and both times my card was activated within two days of receiving it.

We had that happen with a batch of gc's from work. I don't think it is necessarily Freeride, but the gc vendor. It seems if you order a large batch of gc's they don't always immediately activate them.
