All this week has been finals, I've got 2 last ones today,then we get tomorrow off. Monday I start my next 6 week block, and finally we will be cooking. One month down 20 months left to go. When I get my final grades, I will ost them for you all to see..

Congrats on your first accomplishments Sheila..gosh 20 months seems like a long time but I bet once you are cooking it will go quicker.

20 months seems like a lot but there is so much to learn so many stations to learn dishes it will just fly by. Good luck

Samples parties will be every 3 months, either on a Saturday or Sunday..LOL
