Well tonight is my late night at school, Hal is working till about 1 am, so for he and I it's whatever either one of us pick up at a fast food place.

My DH is making venison steak with onions and fried shrimp. I'm going to make some baked potatoes to go with it and a salad.

DH made a chuck roast with potatoes and carrots, if fact, he just now pulled it out of the oven ! Pop some biscuits in there while it's still hot, and, dinner is served . :D
