When you order online, you can have them at the will call desk at the event for most venues. Or they can mail them to you. The really sucky part about the mailing option is that they only guarentee them to come within 48 hrs. of the event. So, if the event is out of town, it is a risk.
What I do is have them emailed to me, and then print them out at home. I was so nervous to do that at first, but tried it and it works so well. I even did it for tickets to a sporting event in Vegas and we had several tickets for two days, and it worked wonderfully.

Can you not get them from the box office that the event will be at? Ticket master fees are so high.
But yes, you can have them mailed, e-mailed or placed in will call. The only thing I don't like about will call is that (depending on the event) the will call line can be just as long as the regular sales line. If you print them out, be sure that when you put them away, don't crease the paper where the bar code is. If they scan tickets at the event, and your ticket can't be scanned, they may send you back to the ticket office to replace the tickets... which will take up even more of your time.
Does ticket master offer replacement tickets if you don't receive them?

BE CAREFUL!!!!!
I ordered tickets from ticket master last year when the Lion King was in town. When you click the "I agree" button (or whatever it is to confirm payment) you are unknowingly agreeing to subscribe with them and they will deduct $14.99 (I think) out of your account every month.
MAYBE they have fixed this since last year but I was like WTH!? when I saw a random payment out of my checking account. I researched it and it seems many other people that used ticket master had the same problems.
If it DOES happen to you, simply contact ticket master and tell them you never agreed to have your account charged monthly and you wish for them to credit your account and not be able to debit from it again. It was a simple phone call for me...but still a little stressful when I saw the original charges.
Anyways, hope you enjoy the show.
