I joined the gym today! Lord have mercy on me! I dont even like exercise but I need to do it! My friend Tina has been talking about it for 2 weeks, so I just did it! I will let ya'll know how it goes unless it killllllsssssssss me!

You will be SORE! But it is worth it. I do Taebo 3 x a week and strength training with weights 3 x a week also. You will feel much better and have more energy once you get used to it.

LOL you sound like I do about exercise! It might not be so bad if ya got a friend to do it with. Good luck

I joined one about a month ago, I was going every day but now I have slowed down, I have got to start going again every day, I love walking on the treadmill.

Working out is great, you'll feel so much better + a nice tight body is so much better than a flabby body, I love feeling my muscles.

It wasnt bad at all! I was trying to think of when was the last time I exercised and my goodness I believe it was in high school. 18 years ago! DanG! I really enjoyed it. I am already aching though. I will let yall know if I can move tomorrow!! :) Thanks for the encouragement and for letting me know what to expect!

I JUST WANT TO BE HEALTHY!

All it really takes is 30 min. a day. 15 min on an Oylptical & 15 minutes of basic weight training. Take Omega3 Fish Oil. You'll really start noticing a difference within a few weeks.
