I was looking at the angel food ministeries food list for this month and happened on another site called hillbillyhousewife

She has come up with a menu using the food from each month's box.
She even has a $45 emergency menu. It looks very interesting. With everyone on such tight budgets these days I thought some of you might be interested. She even has the nutritional counts, calories, protein, fat, etc.

I just discovered that site about a month ago and I love it!

Most of the prices of items on the list have increased 50%-100%, so her $45 emergency menu would be closer to $70 or $90 now.

and I wish I could find prices that low no store that is a food chain sells anything that cheap
