**LOL** My goodness reading so many of these holiday threads I thought I had the most miserable Christmas.

Let me just say this, I am saving up each & every penny I can in 2009 & spending the holidays in Florida or somewhere else that is warm. I am going alone & spending the entire day on the beach doing absolutely NOTHING!

You guys think this now but those of us that live down this way are miserable with this summer like weather during the damn winter. I've had to turn my air conditioner back on, that's just not right dammit! lol

I lived in AR for 13 years (the first year temps were in the 80's..hard to get into Christmas spirit) and although I hate winter with a vengeance, I hated summer down south even more. And I missed my seasons!! I'll just mutter and groan for the next 3 mos. in order to enjoy spring, summer and fall.

It was 75 here today. I spent 23 years in snow and cold, and I don't miss it at all.

My inlaws are in Fl this week and they are loving it.

I'm trying to talk them into moving there. Shhh LOL
