I mean what next???? Sueing a doctor for saving your life???
Should he have left her to die? Its natual instinct to help someone thinking you only have mins or seconds to do it!!
My dh and I have pulled cars out of ditches etc. in snow storms and helped people. Should we stop doing that in fear of a freaking lawsuit!

How sad. There are too many people who look the other way when someone is in danger as it is.Now the people who are truly trying to help have to actually think twice?I know I have heard hero's(not in their eyes)say that they didn't think, they just were moved by instinct. The fact that this was a co-worker makes it seem even sadder.

If she wanted to be dead, take her to Oregon & they can have a doctor put her out of her misery. I think Montana or Wyoming along with Washington just passed the "assisted suicide" laws.

Thats cold. How ungrateful can you be. More than likely she probably was already paralyzed before he touched her. And she wants someone to blame which happens to be the person that helped her.
