Hello All,

will the residents of Illinois please check in we have had alot of snow and ice and storms overnite and the illinois department of transportation is telling everyone stay home if you have to and if u cant to be careful and go slow to avoid accidents

there has been alot of them so far,

its bad out there lightening and storms of ice and snow very bad over a foot of snow.

I'm just outside St Louis, and although we got a ton of rain and lightening, no freezing YET. lol
I really hope it doesn't freeze up. I need to finish shopping tonight.

It snowed and then it rained and everthing is frozen over. I can stand on the snow and leave no marks. Terrible. And now the old woman wants me to take her to the beauty school to get her hair done. I dont think so.

I am in Chicago-streets are a disaster yet again but I dont have to go anywhere so it doesnt matter to me. Its kind of "sludgy". :)

In the LaSalle/Peru area, alot of ice. Good thing I had gotten some of that stuff that you put on steps (pet and lawn safe) or Luc would not have made it down the steps to go to the bathroom. Our branches are still covered. What a mess and snow is in the forecast.

Ice here but the streets are all clear. I am in the Joliet area.

I'm in Nebraska and we got freezing rain Thursday night, then about 5" of snow overnight. The roads were nice and clean and now its snowing again. I desperately need to get to the store, just in case it gets worse.
