Dear Respondent,
We are looking for males and females 25-59 yrs old who have been diagnosed with common medical conditions such as arthritis, diabetes or pre-diabetes, irritable bowel syndrome or migraine headaches. This is a telephone/ internet interview that will be taking place the week of November 3. Please go to the following link and complete the preliminary questions. Upon completion and qualification, a representative from our organization will call to complete the scheduling process. This research will be paying $75 for all participants who qualify and complete the 45 minute telephone interview with our client.
