Does anyone have any information about IWon? Is it legit? Has anyone won anything on it?

I've used it for a long time for email (the new email sucks, btw). And I did win a monthly prize in 2005 -- a $500 GC to Amazon. Haven't played the games much since they converted to their new look years ago, so I don't know much about how the new system works.

I have won several prizes from them over the last year and have always received the prize within a reasonable amount of time.
$50 was the largest and I have won several $5 gift certificates to Amazon and one $5 to gifts.com.

How do you win prizes at Iwon? Is it from playing games, or winning on the spins or what? I had forgot about this site but I think I'll start playing there again.
