No Mypoints bonus mails

Is it just me, or isn't My Points sending out bonus mails. I haven't got any in 2 weeks and I used to get 3 or 4 a day?

I still get them almost every day. I don't know why you wouldn't be.

Have you checked your acct to make sure you are still subscribed to their emails? Once I got unsubscribed for no reason.

I had the same problem a couple of months ago. I hadn't received any in over a month, I emailed mypoints and they wrote back that they had sent me over 200 emails with only one be sent back to them and that i should check my blocked list on my email. Well i had checked it before i contacted them and didn't see anything but when i went back and checked again, sure enough their email address had been blocked. I must have just overlooked it. I guess i hit the junk button instead of just delete on my email one day, so double check that you haven't blocked their address. If you don't see it then contact mypoints to see what the problem is. Hope this helps.

I get them all the time. I also have the address in my address book so they won't go into the spam folder.
