Not me..off to the TWINS and Sox game in Minneapolis, here is the KICKER..I am from Chicago and in Chicago, you pick either the SOX or CUBS, I am a CUBS fan, so CUBS are in, and I hope so are the TWINS...or I hope the TWINS WIN to make this more fun..so a DOME dog for me and peanuts and a beer!

I had bought all the ingredients to make Enchiladas for my mom's bday but my bro just called and told me that he told her we were having Gates BBQ. WTH??? He thought we had talked about it last week. If we had talked about it I wouldn't have bought stuff for enchiladas. So, after work I have to stop by Gates to get a family sized platter.

LOL about the Cubs and Sox..I am from the South Side (Sox fans) but am a Cubs fan. My DH is from the North Side (Cubs) and is a Sox fan. My DS is an avid SOX fan! I've been singing the GO CUBS GO song ever since they made the playoffs! LOL

Anyway-we are having chicken kabobs for dinner with brown rice and steamed fresh green beans.

Well, last night we made some hot wings, and bought a huge salad from Texas Roadhouse, so tonight I had a left over salad and fixed the rest of the family grilled burgers and salad.

we tried the omlets that you make in a ziplock baggie and boil it....sooo easy, sooo good and most of all VERY EASY CLEAN UP! Plus its healthier because you dont have to cook it in grease or butter:)

I made chicken, had it marinating in Italian salad dressing all day, cooked it in the oven, saffron rice, corn and a salad.
