We did Burger King. My friend had her baby this morning. A beautiful Girl!

I got bored this afternoon so I fried some bacon(hey it's what we do in these parts when bored ;) ) So tonight I had planed on salmon with black bean and rice so I decided to play with bacon grease. I sauteed diced onions in some bacon grease and then added a butt load of parm and Romano cheese, then added diced tomatoes(homegrown) and lemon juice. I used it to top off the salmon. Worked out pretty good.

Tell me how to roast garlic please.

I peel the garlic and put it in tin foil, sprinkle a small amount of lawerys garlic salt on it, spray it with Pam and put in over on 350 for about 45 min..you will just have to check it to make sure it is done..it is really good..I even make it when I make hamburgers and spread it on burger
