I got up this am and made two batches of brownies. A traditional kind with chocolate swirl, then I made brownie cupcakes, they are peanut butter cheesecake. I tried one and they are TO DIE FOR! Yummy!

So for lunch we are having beef fajitas and a salad. Then for dinner/supper we are having a pork roast I just put in the crock pot, with carrots, onions, celery, and potatoes. We will have a fruit salad with the roast.

I suppose I will make pancakes my kids love em it easy. I use to have my meals planned a day ahead of time, the last 2 weeks it's whatever is in the fridge or super easy. I just feel "burned out" (lol) on cooking. Next week I HAVE to get back in the routine of cooking to keep the "schedule" going. If anyone has any good recipes that their family loves feel free to PM me them I am always looking for something new to try.

Pot roast with potatoes, celery, & carrots and mashed potatoes & gravy. I got a veggie tray put together for everyone to nibble on before & during dinner. Not sure what else yet.

Green Bean stuff
2 large cans (or 4 small) green beans (the recipe was unfinished so I did drain my green beans I'm not sure if I was supposed to???)

1/3 c olive oil
8 sausages, cut (like kielbasa/polish sausage)
1 onion, cut up
s&p as you please
a bit of dill weed

Place in the crockpot cook 4 hours.
I put my crock on low.

I put my gb in first, then then S&P, then the sausage, then the onion, then drizzled the EVOO on there & topped off with a bit of dill weed.
