I don't even know what to say... I'm not real familiar w/ stuff like this but would a court really allow a woman to have her children if she has a felony charge against her and it can be proven that she's not taking care of them? If I was your son I think I would fight for the kids and take the car that I was paying off away from her, sounds like she doesn't deserve the kids nor the car... but like I said, I don't know how this stuff all works, I just don't think I would be OK w/ her doing that to my kids. My heart goes out to you knowing what your granddaughter is seeing there. I would be worried sick knowing she is in the same house with a molester. I would write down everything that she tells you about. Maybe if you can get enough evidence against all of them visitation can be revoked. Hugs to you and your grandkids.

Thats scary I wouldn't want her around anyone that has molested someone. I hope your son gets full custody where they will be safe and have a stable childhood. I hope it works out for ya'll.
