Yep in about 30 minutes will be on my way to Atlantic Beach!

Hopefully this trip will turn out better than last weekends trip. Was tempted to push my granddads new GF off the top of Fort Macon last time...LOL

Well have fun at the beach! Both of you!

I'm not going to the beach, but I'll be driving past the river, again. Took the kids to camp yesterday, had to pick one up last night, am going back today and will go pick the same one up tonight and then will do final pick up on sunday. But it's right on the river and it's so beautiful.

Hahaha...I was fixing to post this same thing!!

To top it off, the kids are heading to Florida tomorrow to visit their little brother and stepmom. They are suppose to be going to St George's Island for a couple of days. Hope Fay doesn't mess with their plans.

Well 15 hours later here I am back. Had a great time! I've actually been back about an hour and a half, but I spent that time in the shower TRYING to get all the sand off of me. I took some pics, but am really tired, so will prolly post them tomorrow. BTW Jen, your river is so pretty!

opps, I see you are already back & pooped out to boot. I', glad you had a good time & the sand is one of the things I don't like about the beach.

We are back too .. went to East Harbor Park yesterday and Gem Beach in Catawba today and it was beautiful. We're going back to Catawba next Sunday and I can't wait.
