Is it true do they really allow that? They wouldn't allow it with any other group of people so why with gay people. If gays are really proud of being gay then why do they do things like that. You would think they would want everyone to see them in a good way not doing perverted stuff out in public. I believe thats why a lot of people don't like the gay lifestyle. Why do they have to be so in your face with their sexuality. I don't even like to see a man and woman all over each other in public.

Those idiots are the Fred Phelpses of gay rights. Just as the loudest and most identifiable Christians are often those who real Christians want nothing to do with, so are these morons to the gay rights agenda.

Why don't the other gay people ask them to tone it down or something. The radical ones are the ones that are hurting the gay community. A lot of people see how they're acting and think all gay people are like that.

Who says we don't ask. But getting an extremist to listen to your POV isn't easy. Just look at Fred Phelpses. I'm sure they've been ask to tone it down also.

Jay Leno showed a parade they have each year in SF and you can go in it stark naked if you so please. He showed some of them---hazed out privates of course.

I don't think all of the wackos were gay though, just wackos. There are wackos of all sexual orientation.

Gay parades are something else though. I think so many like to flaunt it for shock value but the only thing they are doing is hurting the others.

WND made multiple attempts to reach officials in San Francisco for a comment on the apparent lack of obscenity and indecency regulation enforcement during the festival.

Officials with the San Francisco police department's media relations office declined to return a message left by telephone. Also declining to return a message requesting a comment was the office of Newsom. Officials in the media office for House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who represents the district, also declined to comment at all on the XXX-rated festival.

"One San Francisco policeman told our volunteers that the police were instructed not to make arrests for indecency on the city streets at "Up Your Alley" – but merely to 'contain' the activity to the street fair, which encompassed several city blocks," Americans for Truth reported.

"San Francisco's extreme political correctness has turned cops into impotent Perversion Protectors," the group said.
