Mine is Banana bread.
Oh, ok... you meant 'actual bread', like the eating kind, not the 'bread = cash' kind. :D
I really don't make bread, it just too easy to buy it...LOL! I do make homemade noodles though, and, I do make "Banana Nut Bread"...but, that's not really bread, that's more 'cakeish'. :D

Pepperoni bread - it has Italian 3 cheese blend, Italian seasonings, and pepperoni all rolled up inside. When it cools, the cheese sort of hardens. We just slice it up and eat that as a sandwich!
:D Oh Oh !! Does this count... I LOVE to buy the Asiago Cheese bread @ Panera Bread ! Yeah baby yeah ! And teh loaves of multi-grain that they use for baguettes. Oh yea, and their Sourdough ! YUM !

no problem at all. MAKES 3 LOAVES or ONE CAKE
3 eggs, 2 c sugar, 1 cup oil, 2 cup grated zucchini, 2 tsp vanilla, 3c flour, 1tsp baking soda, half tsp salt, 3 tsp cinnamin, half tsp baking powder, and 1 cup of raisins.
Beat eggs until fluffy. Add sugar, oil, vanilla, and zucchini. Mix. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamin. Mix and add raisins.
Bake at 350 for 45minutes to an hour... Bread's center will pop back up when gently pressed with fork
********Oh I do not use salt when I make mine and the raisins are optional. Hope you all enjoy!

Ok I made this tonight with a couple revisions and it was AWESOME! I used 2 cups of Splenda instead of sugar and I only used 1/2 cup oil and 1/2 cup applesauce for the cup of oil. I also used half whole wheat flour and I am not kidding with the raisins and cinnamon this stuff is the bomb and pretty healthy too! YUM!
Thank you for the idea again!

Beer Bread. DH had some at a party and I found a recipe online and he enjoyed it. I added a cup of grated cheddar to it.
Beer Bread
from The Pastry Queen, by Rebecca Rather
Ingredients:
3 cups all purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons sugar
1 (12 ounce) bottle good-quality beer or ale
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Generously grease a 9 by 5 inch loaf pan with butter or cooking spray. In a medium bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Pour in the beer and stir until just incorporated. (The dough will be sticky and heavy). Pour half the melted butter into the bottom of the prepared loaf pan. Spoon in the bread dough and pour the remaining half of the butter on top. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, until the bumpy top is golden brown. Remove from the pan and serve immediately.
Jalepeno Cheddar Variation: After stirring in beer, add 1-2 chopped jalepenos (remove seeds) and 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese to dough. Continue with original recipe.
Ground Beef and Monterey Jack Variation: Brown 1/2 pound ground beef with 1/2 cup chopped onion. Transfer to paper towels to soak up any extra grease. After stirring beer into dough, add ground beef and 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese to dough. Continue with original recipe.
