I may make pork ribs on the grill and make beef fried rice with the left over steak and white rice I have.. and probably stir fry yellow squash from the garden

Leftovers again. I had a hamburger last night so I think I'll have a chicken breast tonight with a salad.

It's my son's b-day, and he asked for : fried chicken, red beans & rice, and fries (all homemade except the fries), and we'll have cake of course.

We are going to have Chicken Parmesan, broccoli and cauliflower steamed, garlic bread sticks and fruit salad. Bring on the carbs I guess huh?

I took out salmon for Hal, but needs ideas for cooking it, I have no idea what I will have I don't eat fish... So if anyone has any good salmon recipes they'd like to share I'd be most greatful..

Sheila, you can get seasioning packets from the grocery store for salmon. I got a package of it and fixed salmon on the grill. It was yummy.
As for what I am doing for dinner, I saw several people who could invite me and hubby to their house for dinner

chicken parmesan was last night, carbs YES, but totally worth it!!
Today I snapped beans from the garden, been cooking for hours with a big piece of Turner ham yumm, pork chops, an either homemade mashed potatos or stuffing dunno yet

I love the seasoning. I found a kind of sticky glue type of flavoring that we just love...however, I'd love to go there instead and get the authentic stuff

We had subway...I love the oven roasted chicken breast then have then add the sweet onion sauce to it with mayo....yummy yummy!
