Lild has a similar one.
Its the newer trend to get foot tattoos. See them everywhere now.. Along with the ROSERY BEAD tattoo, I see everyone with Rosery Beads now.
As far as my thoughts.. I think it was very very very painfull!!!! Right on the ankle!

The flowers are shaped differently...the edges on 2 are sharp, and the other 2 are more rounded. They kind of look like 2 different flowers, like lilies and cherry blossoms. Foot tats fade too fast and lose defintion. Yellow is one of the fastest fading colors for a tat. I like the black swirly gig things though.

Little too large for me personally but a very nice tat
I don't like it but then I'm not into tattoos. lol
Doesn't do anything for me, but, then again, I'm not into tattoos either.
I dated a few bikers in my day, and, they were always covered with them... it's just not my bag.

I'm not into tattoos myself. I personally think it's too big, The design looks like it's drawn on (nicely though) with markers. If it were smaller and more feminine I'd like it better but then again. my taste might suck, lol.

I like it!
My daughter has tattoos on both of her feet and she said they were her most painful tattoos she has.
I am so due for a new tattoo, or just getting my others ones touched up. I have quite a few, my oldest is harley wings on my upper arm that I have had for almost 25 years. Fading but they don't look too bad.

I like the idea, but I think the flowers need more detail. They are kind of elementary.

that is what i thought too...............it is a nice tat, but nothing really stands out to me.
I personally wouldn't get one that big on my foot... I think it looks alright, just not my type...I can't wait to get my other foot done now:)

On the foot!!! With the pain in mine right now, just seeing that HURTS.
Lovely idea, the tattoo would (will??) be lovely, but I could NEVER sit through someone doing that to my foot.
I love seeing tattoos on people. I have seen some fabulous ones, and some that look like they were done by a 6 year old (my sister's blue snake for one).
here ya go jedmatters...I love my foot one

My son (who is 18) just picked his first one out. He will have it by Christmas.
I want one, on my hip.. NOT MY FOOT. My feet have too many issues to put them through that.
But Lild: that is lovely!!!!

No, it is one raven on each shoulder.

What is it about an MRI and a tattoo? They have to cover it up or something?

Some tattoo artists (or prison tattoos) use ink with lead. MRI uses strong magnetic fields.....
Great way to get rid of that tattoo.... bit bloody and VERY painful

I never knew that .. I have tats and have had several MRI's .. but they didn't do anything special to mine. They were covered by my gown, but that was it.
Sure sounds painful if you have a lead based tat!

An old beau of mine in the Navy had a tat made with lead ink., the color was almost silver. It was pretty, but dangerous.

I had to go for a MRI a few years ago and was told by the tech prepping me that it was because of metal fragments found in inks not lead. But there isnt much of a worry if you have had a tattoo done in the past 20 years, because it was way back when metal fragments were found in tattoo pigments. Most, not all, tattoo artists today use metal salts as pigments and resin based pigments and vegetable dyes are used too. Their is a major difference between metal salts and metal fragments. The carrier of the pigments really surprised me when I asked while getting a tattoo, some use rubbing alcohol,Listerine, witch hazel. I've always asked before getting one,so far they've used glycerine and purified water, and one used vodka! Oddly enough,it was my best and brightest tattoo.
