My miracle baby entered the world on 7/23 weighing 5 lb 9 oz and is 19 in long.
I went into labor on 7/22.During the day I was having some pain but not to bad but around 8pm my contractions starting coming every 5 mins.It was quite sudden but at that time I was under extreme stress but thats another story.The 30 min ride to the hospital seemed to take forever.When I finally got there it was around 9:30 I think.I was checked and told I was 5 cm dilated and taken right to a room.It didnt take long for that nice man in the white coat to come in to give me my epidural.I think hes my new best friend..lol.I tryed sleeping but I had to much going through my head but I think I got some sleep.I was given pitocin to make my contractions more regular and to help me dilate that last half cm.Im not sure how long I pushed or when I started but I know it was less then an hour.He finally entered the world at 8:13am.Its something I will never forget.I will post pics when I have more time.

I printed out the directons on map quest. lol Just kidding. He knows where it is. He's been there a few times himself for different things.

I wanted something different,something that would stand out.I havent heard the name Sebastian around here.I have looked in my nieces yearbooks and dont remember ever seeing the name.All the nurses in the hospital kept saying what a nice name it was and that they never heard it before.So Im praying its not a popular name or wont become popular.

When I hear the name Sebastian I think of the actor Sebastian Cabot who played Mr. French on Family Affair and also Sebastian Bach the lead singer of Skid Row.
