I have some bananas I need to use and was going to make banana bread, only problem is that I don't have any baking soda.
I do have bread flour though, I use it with my bread machine. Can I use that flour and have it still be ok?

I don't know but you could always freeze the banannas for later use.

I think it will be fine. There have been times when I've made cookies and it has called for baking soda and I didn't have any at the time and they still came out good. If it called for baking powder that might be a little different because that helps it to rise.
