I just started some sauerkraut in the slow cooker, I'll add some sausage to it around 5 or 5:30.

I think I'm going to fry up some sausage and potatoes. I don't know what else yet.

My DH said he will cook tonight when he gets home. He has some skirt steak marinating in the fridge for carne asada. Probably with rice and beans, tortillas and guac. Oh and magaritas!!!!!!!

I am not sure yet. I was thinking about making a recipe I saw on Food Network-chicken breasts stuffed with bleu cheese and spinach and wrapped in bacon and baked. Maybe some sauteed squash and a green veggie of some kind.

I took hamburgermeat out to thaw, so will probably make spaghetti, and a salad..

took 3 breakfast steaks,cut them up,sliced some mushrooms,add frozen veggies,butter,garlic,and made stir fry.
