do you have charter by any chance? lol I hate charter!!! You call and the first question they ask is press one for english and 2 for spanish, I press 1 and get someone I cant understand and dont know what the hell they are doing.....I have had my services shut off after making a payment with someone who didnt speak english very well, I've had an appointment for someone to come check my wiring for problems that I have been having and waited all day for someone to show up and then learn that they canceled the appointment because they fixed it over the computer system, and you always ALWAYS get an idiot when calling no matter what lol
Hope you get your services back up soon :)

We have charter and it sucks. I am thinking about changing over to the dish with the phone company.

how'd you guess? LOL i told the guy when he came to get the modem i probably wouldn't be back since trying to call them does no good. the last time i called i got some guy named "bob" in BFE i couldn't understand him and asked for someone that spoke better engrish he said and i quote "perhaps you should hang up and call back"
i also asked that guy that was at my door when did it change from
customer service to the customer SERVE US
