This pie is SOOOOOO good you won't believe it and it is so easy too! My problem is eating the whole pie..lol

Fluffy Lemon Pie

1 package 1 oz sugar free instant vanilla pudding
1 tsp or 1 on the go pack Crystal Lite lemonade mix
1 cup cold fat free milk
1 carton 8 oz low fat whipped topping
1 reduced fat graham cracker crust

Combine pudding mix and lemonade and milk in small bowl and whisk for 2 minutes. Fold in half of the whipped topping and spread in crust. Top with remaining whip.
Cover and chill 2 hrs.

Based on 8 servings:
180 calories
6 g fat
1 mg cholesteral
259 sodium

For those not dieting it would be easy to just use full fat everything..lol

That sounds delicious, and I think I may actually have all the ingredients at home!

Thank you. I had that recipe years ago and lost it. If you use it like pudding and put it in a dish instead of the pie crust you can reduce the calories even more. ThankS!

Thanks, I sent it to my sis. She has diabetes and her hubby loves lemon pie. This should be nice for each of them.

You could also drop the lemon flavor ingredient and substitute with any sugar free jello mix for different flavors. Lime, orange, strawberry, etc. Or leave out the lemon and use any pudding flavor you like such as chocolate, banana cream, butterscotch, etc

I made this last night and it was veryyyyyyy good !! TY DB

I used the 4oz package of pudding not the 8oz and I am not sure which one the the recipe called for. DB do you know? the 4oz didn't seem to fill the whole pie crust

Also in the directions, combine pudding, lemonade mix AND milk and whisk for 2 minutes.

I edited the directions and added the milk there, hopefully people knew that much...lol

On my recipe it says 1 oz package (mine was 1.4) but thats sugar free so probably weighs less. I know I added a lot of the whipping cream and then when I put the rest on top it was full...I eat the whole damn thing anyway :D

I am going to be smarter and not use the crust today when I make it again..lol I can't believe I lost another 1 1/2 lbs this week eating the way I did!

I didn't really look at the oz of pudding. I should have said the smaller box. I can't wait until tonight to have another piece, it was soo good.

I also bought a box of the sugar free chocolate pudding. That can be added to the whipped cream to make a lowfat/low sugar dream whip pie mmmmmm

My mother in law loved raspberry flavor and I would make the pies with that. She loved it. As mentioned above you can use the jello or the different flavored drink mixes.

My mom has made this for years, especially for Easter dinner...it is a delicious pie! Instead of the lemon flavored drink mix,she uses a bit of homemade lemonade made extra tart and strong.
