I need some help please

I have a cousin that is dieing. His first car was a 1975 chevy nova, He still has the car. My dad is wanting to find a model car or diecast or hotwheel. Some kind of replica so that he can have it at the hospital and he wants to be able to put it in the casket with him when he dies. I know this probably sounds weird but its important to my Dad.

So my question is where can I find one? I have been searching google for about an hour with no results. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I did a search for you too and found everything from 1965 to 1970 models, but not the year you are looking for.

You might want to think about contacting Mattel, they manufacture Hotwheels. They may be able to find it for you faster than anyone. Here is their information:

I'm a floral designer, and I've done all kinds of things like that... even a NASCAR flag made in all flowers. I left a Boggle game cube in my Dad's casket, he played that everyday before he went to bed, it kinda wound him down from the day. DH'es grandma died last year, they had played Dominoes all their life, I took a white heart pillow, had HD drill a tiny hole in several dominoes... tied them the pillow, and added a bow and "loving memory" card, it was perfect !

We have several pics of his car. I'm making a collage to go in the casket. My Dad was just wanting to see if he could find a little car. My Dad is a car collector(hot wheels etc..).

You might be able to get the flowers done like that. When my brother passed away we had his done that look liked the Beatles 45 record label. Then they put Beatles across it.

I have not checked walmart. It doesnt matter what brand. It can be a nova between the years 74 thru 76. If you find one if you will get it I will pay you plus some and for shipping to.

Just talked with Dad, it can be a plastic model car, a diecast, or any kind. We just dont need a real one. LOL

Check this link on e-bay. I put in 75 Nova model cars and if you scroll down there are some 1976's. It is going to be very hard to find a 74 - 76 since they were not really popular cars at that time.

I went though alot of my DS's. Alot of them were my brother's, but had no luck finding a Nova. He has a few hundred, and still nothing.

I searched about 20 sites. I wish I could have found one. DH agreed w/ your Dad about it being a rare one. I will still keep my eye out for ya.
