Dominos Pizza

I tried to order pizza from Domminos, I called my local store 6 blocks away and you know who answered the phone? Someone in the Phillipines. I can't believe that it is being out sourced.
I hung up and called a local pizza joint 2 miles away. Better Pizza anyway.

Umm Domino's does not outsource....My BIL owns 6 here in RI and Mass..

Called the BIL.. He said if the store has a rediculously high volume/sales store it 'may' be possible but afahknows there is only one.. And it's in the midwest

He said it is highly unlikely it would be in the Phillipines..

I live in Minnesota, that is what the guy who answered the phone said, he was off shore in the Phillipines. It was not a weekend, a Tuesday evening so I can't imagine it was that busy that they could not answer the phone themselves.

It could be one of the employees is a effin jerk and was messing with you.. You get those once in a while..


You should have asked for the manager... just my opinion

I Work At Pizza Hut-i Have For 7 Years And None Of The Stores My Owner-owns Outsources-we Answer Our Phones Personally-it Is Demanded Of Everyone Who Works At Ours To Answer The Phones-thats One Reason Why When I Get Home-i Dont Answer My House Phone Or My Cell Unless Its An Emergency-i Believe Someone Was Tired On The Job And Just Was Being Mean To You.

I don't even use the phone anymore to order dominos, I just use their website...that way I don't have to worry about being on hold, odd accents, or anything else.

Us too! Local Pizza ONLY! Its usually cheaper & better ingredients + Your supporting locally owned business., not some huge corporation.

That is so nice....we dont have that luxury here.....its Chains or crap.....lol.


I know that any pizza place I call here, be it chain or LOCAL PIZZA ARTIST, answers their own phone. I do love the Dominos online ordering, though. They have the timeline telling you what is happening with your order in real time. I can be online, keep an eye on that, and when it says "Your Order is Out for Delivery"(or whatever), I need to watch for the pizza dude.
