I emailed Avon's Customer Service today to ask about the PH level in their lotions. I can only use those that have a PH level no more than 5.5. In the email I gave the name of the lotion that I needed the informtion on so why then when they replied did they ask me the name of the lotion I was asking and then wanted to know how much it was.

Can't they read? And why would they need to know how much the product cost?

It's probably that they have to get some type of response out in a certain amt. of time. Better for them to pass the buck back to you than to have to do some investigating.
